Train the Trainer

Overview

To a certain extent all managers are trainers. We all have a role in developing the skills of new or less experienced co-workers. In this seminar I aim to develop the skills to transform you into an effective trainer, whether you need to develop people formally or informally. I have been a trainer since 1983 so should have some idea of how to do it by now I hope !
